Black metal and white ruffles

I have had this shirt for a while and I love to wear it to really punch up any outfit. The way the ruffles fall is just right and it is made of cotton. For something more edgy, I put my metal necklace with it. The metal loops are a nice contrast to the softness of the shirt. Jewellery by RockChick by LBD.
